Our Warranty

EurAuto Shop Has The Best Auto Repair Warranty In The Business!

When it comes time to get auto repair performed on your European car or SUV, or on your Exotic or Supercar, look hard at the warranty you’re getting on those repairs.

The warranty an auto repair shop gives on the repairs it performs says everything about that shop. A great warranty tells you that the shop believes in and stands behind the work their technicians do. It says they believe in and stand behind the parts they install.

A lesser warranty tells you that the shop is not confident in the quality of the work their technicians perform or the parts they install – or both.

At EurAuto Shop, we’re so confident in the precision work our technicians perform and the quality of the parts we install that we give the best warranty in the business. Our warranty is:

LIFETIME on repairs that are not wear items.

5 YEARS / 50,000 MILES on wear items (excluding maintenance items).

That means that the warranty we give on wear items is twice as long as the warranty most shops give on non-wear items.

What Are Wear Items?

Wear items are the parts on a car that typically have a shorter lifespan than the car itself. This would be things like:
  • Brake pads and rotors
  • Belts
  • Hoses
  • Tires
  • Clutches
  • Shocks and struts
  • Batteries

All of these items have a limited lifespan and will need to be replaced at regular intervals.

Maintenance Items

It should go without saying but we will say it anyway. Maintenance items like fluids and filters, wiper blades, and in some cases spark plugs, are not designed to go past 5 years / 50,000 miles. The warranty on maintenance items is the same as the manufacturer’s recommended replacement interval.

Client Supplied Parts

It is our policy at EurAuto Shop to not install client supplied parts. Our auto repair shop is a business and must maintain certain profit margins in order to be fiscally responsible. Parts sales contribute to that profit margin. In addition, using client supplied parts does not allow us to control the quality of the parts and it does not give us the leverage to hold a parts supplier responsible for a failed part.

In EXTREMELY RARE cases, we will allow a client to supply a part. When we do, there is no warranty on the parts or labor for that repair.
